Prarthana Khot is a well know and recognised yoga teacher based in Mumbai and had taught Yoga and Spirituality all over India. She has her own institute in Mumbai named Aarya Yoga – Satya Yoga which teaches yoga based on classical traditional Hatha yoga techniques.
A well known yoga teacher and professional fitness expert, she resides in Mumbai, India where she teaches regular classes in Borivali, Andheri, Bandra and Dadar. She also has clients (Individual and Corporates) all over the country and world. Prarthana helps them achieve ultimate mind and body experience with Ashtanga Yoga, diet and lifestyle advice and has helped them arrive at their goals. She masters her practices before offering it to others.
Prarthana is currently studying and practising Vedanta, Upanishads, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Advaita Vedanta, Sufism and Buddhism.
Her favourite is the study of Advaita Vedanta in depth.
Prarthana has also studied Acupressure and Graphology.
